Vitamin C 100: A source of 100% pure vitamin C for horses under stress or in need of immune system support.

Plusvital Vitamin C 100 is simply 100% Vitamin C, which acts as an important antioxidant that works with Vitamin E to reduce free radicals. Normally, it is produced in sufficient quantities given the presence of the enzyme L-gulonolactone oxidase. However, horses under stress from training and competition, as well as older or convalescing horses, may have depleted plasma levels of Vitamin C. Therefore, supplementation through Plusvital Vitamin C 100 may be required to support immune function.
