1. Terms and Conditions
1.1. Placing Orders
By placing an order on Horsix, you are making an offer to purchase a product, subject to availability and our price confirmation. Once the order is placed, you will receive an email confirming its receipt. This email does not constitute order acceptance, only confirmation of submission. The purchase contract is only considered finalized when you receive an email confirming the shipment of the products.
We reserve the right to refuse any order if:

There are shipping restrictions for the specified destination;

The product is no longer available;

There is an error in the product description or price.
1.2. Pricing and Availability
The prices displayed on the Site include VAT for customers within the European Union. For customers outside the EU, prices do not include VAT, customs duties, or import taxes. If your order is subject to customs fees in the destination country, these will be charged by the local customs authority.
If we detect an error in the price of a product you have ordered, we will contact you to confirm the purchase at the correct price or to cancel the order. If we are unable to reach you, the order will be canceled, and payment refunded.
All products are subject to availability. In the event of stock depletion after order confirmation, we will inform you and offer a refund or replacement with a similar product.
For Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, we do not accept orders through the online store. If you wish to purchase our products, you can request a quote through the contact channels available on the site.
Prices may be changed at any time, but such changes will not affect confirmed and paid orders.
1.3. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:

Portugal: Multibanco reference, Credit/Debit Cards, MB WAY, PayPal.

Spain: Credit/Debit Cards, Bizum, PayPal, BNPL.
Full payment must be made before order shipment.
Horsix reserves the right to cancel orders that have not been confirmed by the payment system or that show signs of fraud.
1.4. Product Availability
All products displayed on the website are subject to stock availability. If a product is out of stock after order confirmation, we will contact you to offer a solution, such as replacing it with a similar product or refunding the amount paid.
2. Shipping and Returns
2.1. Shipping Times and Costs

Individual products and small orders: Estimated delivery in 24 to 48 business hours.

Full pallets: Delivery within 3 to 7 business days, depending on location.

Balearic Islands: Up to 10 business days.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on the weight and destination of the order.
Orders placed over weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Horsix is not responsible for delivery delays caused by external factors such as adverse weather conditions, strikes, or other force majeure events.
2.2. Returns and Exchanges
Right of Withdrawal
Customers have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 calendar days after receiving the product, without needing to provide a reason. To exercise this right, you must contact us at info@horsix.com and follow the return instructions.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method within 14 days after receiving the returned product.
Return Conditions

The product must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of errors by Horsix or defective products.
If the product has been damaged during transport, the customer must note this on the delivery receipt and notify us within 24 hours of receipt, including photos for a claim with the shipping company.

All content on the Site, including images, logos, text, and graphics, is the property of Horsix and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without prior authorization.
