Pro Vet Sponge Powder

Pro-Vet Sponge Powder (Pro Gut Sponge) is formulated to stabilise GI function during digestive disturbances by combining high levels of bentonite clay (80% of serve), probiotic yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae MUCL 39885) and mannan oligosaccharides (MOS). It helps form normal droppings, absorb free faecal water, and support intestinal integrity.

Dried Lucerne, Oatfeed, Yeast Products.

Nutritional information (per 75 g serving):
Bentonite: 60 g (i.e. 80% of the serve)
Probiotic (Saccharomyces cerevisiae MUCL 39885): 3.375 × 10¹⁰ cfu
Mannan oligosaccharide (MOS): 2 g
Analytical / nutritional information:
Crude protein 7.4%, crude fat 1.4%, crude fibre 5%, crude ash 65.5%, acid insoluble ash 1.9%, sodium 0.3%.

500 kg horse: give 75 g (3 scoops) twice daily orally for 3 days, then 75 g (3 scoops) once daily for 6 days, or as directed by your Veterinary Surgeon.
Maximum daily intake: 150 g (in 2 feeds), unless under Veterinary instruction.
Can be mixed well into feed or with water (approx. 360 mL warm water per 75 g). Stir until desired consistency (approx. 5 mins), then administer using a wide-nosed dosing syringe, or your Veterinary Surgeon may administer via stomach tube.
May be given to foals under Veterinary advice at a reduced serve rate.
Veterinary advice should be sought before using this product if receiving medication or other supplements containing bentonite or similar clays.
Ensure fresh, clean water is always available.
