Stomach problems are unfortunately common in horses. Primarily sport horses, but recreational horses, broodmares and even young foals can also experience problems. Stomach problems occur because the stomach lining becomes damaged by excessively acidic stomach contents, which can lead to gastritis or ulcers. Horses with stomach problems often suffer from decreased appetite and weight loss, reduced performance, a dull coat or gritting teeth.

Gastryl is specially formulated for horses with a sensitive stomach and any associated poor appetite. It contains several components that regulate gastric acidity, including magnesium hydroxide, lithothamne, sodium bicarbonate and sodium citrate. In addition, Gastryl also contains the trace element zinc important for the integrity of the stomach lining, in the specific organic form of zinc methionine. The formula also contains threonine, an essential amino acid required for the production of mucin, a necessary component of the mucus that protects the stomach lining. The supplement can be easily administered orally through the tube for efficient absorption.

Dosage:

· First 5 days: Administer one full tube (60 g) orally
