During exercise, horses lose large amounts of fluids and electrolytes that are essential for proper muscle and nervous system function. Electrolyte deficiency can lead to performance loss, fatigue and loss in strength and endurance. In worse cases, dehydration and deficiency of these essential salts can lead to muscle cramps and dehydration. Note that stress conditions and high temperatures can also cause severe salt/moisture imbalances without equine exertion.

Electrolytes is an extremely complete and liquid electrolyte supplement that provides rapid recovery. Sodium chloride and potassium chloride restore fluid loss and essential minerals.

Tip: always ensure that the horses are provided with sufficient drinking water to obtain the optimal effect of the electrolyte supplement.

Sodium citrate (E331) 81 220 mg, Glycine (2b) 12 020 mg, Orange flavor (2b) 1 250 mg

Packaging:

• Bottle of 1 l
• Bottle of 5 l

 Dosage: Mix with drinking water, feed or administer orally by syringe

• Moderate exertion: 50 ml to 75 ml per horse after exertion
• Intense, short exercise: 75 ml to 100 ml per horse after exercise and the following morning
• Intensive exercise: 75 ml to 100 ml morning and evening for 10 days after exercise
• Clean and cool water should be available at all times
• For foals and ponies, administer a daily dose based on body weight
